We want to ensure you love our products, and quality is assured. If there is a printing mistake or noticeable quality concern, we'll replace or reimburse it. For any quality problems, be sure to provide clear photographs of the items on a flat, well-illuminated surface and include this in your message to us at contact@support.draviano.store. This quick and straightforward step will help us deliver a speedy solution.

Because items are made to order, we do not accept general refunds or sizing-related exchanges.

Cancellations

Product Orders Cancellation Guidelines

All of our items are made to order, especially for you. If you desire to cancel or modify your order, please use the link included in your confirmation message. You can edit your purchase at any time before it goes to manufacturing.

Once your purchase has gone to production, you may be qualified for a replacement/solution, depending on the circumstances. After you've obtained your order, you have 30 days to address any quality concerns.

Donations and Tips Termination Policy

Please note that contributions and tips are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once you have finalized your checkout for donations or gratuities, we cannot cancel or reimburse it.

Membership Subscriptions Cancellation Guidelines

You can terminate your membership at any moment via your Billing page. Please understand that cancellations will take effect after your present membership subscription period concludes. There is no refund or cancellation for the ongoing membership subscription period.

Damaged/Quality Concerns

For the fastest outcome, please include a photograph demonstrating the quality problem of the print or the impaired area of the item, along with your purchase number. The most optimal pictures are on a level surface, with the tag and error clearly visible.

Refunds Guidelines

Product Orders Reimbursement Policy

Because products are manufactured to order, we cannot issue reimbursements, returns, or swaps for orders except for those with quality problems. Orders are non-refundable unless they satisfy these requirements and you provide assistance with a photograph demonstrating the quality concern.

PayPal: Any refunds handled will show back up in your PayPal account balance within 24 business hours.

Credit Card: Any reimbursements processed via your credit/debit card will appear back up in your bank statement within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Donations and Tips Reimbursement Policy

Donations and gratuities are non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout transaction, we cannot cancel or reimburse your donation or tips.

Membership Subscriptions Reimbursement Policy

Membership subscriptions are non-refundable. You can always terminate your membership at any time, and this cancellation will become effective at the end of your membership subscription duration. There is no refund for the current membership subscription period that is active.

Locked Messages Reimbursement Policy

Locked messages are non-refundable. Once you have finalized your checkout payment, we cannot cancel or reimburse your locked message. If you have difficulties accessing the locked message after transaction, please contact us at contact@support.draviano.store. We'll be happy to troubleshoot the issue and find a resolution for you.

Accepted Payment Options

We accept transactions via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and depending on your region, we also accept Klarna/AfterPay and local payment alternatives.

International Purchases

International purchases may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs fees. The charges vary by nation, and at this time, we are unable to calculate them in advance. For more details regarding your country's customs regulations, please contact your local customs bureau. If such a fee indeed gets imposed on your package, you are accountable for its payment.
